WHO I AM

I have nearly 25 years industry experience starting as a casual support worker in 2003. I have been fortunate enough to work at almost every position since through to General Manager roles. I have spent many of those years in Government including my role as NDIS Assistant Director fraud and compliance.

I have just started as a registered behavior practitioner and will be servicing between Newcastle and the ACT at this stage. In terms of behavior's experience, again almost 20 years in the arena. I trained at a private school in Sydney NSW ( Giant Steps), specializing in Autism and went onto lead a 3 year project with the Centre for Applied Behavior Analysis. I was part of the ACT government steering committee into the development of the restrictive practice panel (2013 Pre NDIS) with heavy input into the legislation and policy behind the restrictive practice panels.

I moved back into the NDIS space in 2020 and am now a registered practitioner with full capacity to take new participants.
